WWE Superstar CM Punk is reportedly banged up "from head to toe”, according to the Wrestling Observer.
Many of the wrestlers on the WWE roster are currently fighting through the pain barrier due to the high-risk Money in the Bank ladder matches that took place on July 14.
But Punk’s situation is more worrying, as his injuries extend to before his ladder match.
Punk injured himself in 2011 and was due to let his contract expire having chosen to take a long break from wrestling.
However, Punk surprised many by signing a new contract and put plans for a sabbatical on hold.
Having lost to The Undertaker at Wrestlemania, Punk took a well-deserved break from in-ring action.
He returned after two months and looked to have recovered from his niggling injuries, but now he has reportedly suffered a recurrence of those on top of fresh wounds.
On Raw, Punk mentioned some of the injuries he suffered at Money in the Bank and during an attack by Brock Lesnar.
All of the injuries mentioned are legitimate, however many of them are injuries he has been suffering from for months, if not years.
The list of long-term injuries includes damage to Punk’s ribs, arm and ankle.
The WWE will be worried due to Punk's upcoming main event match against Lesnar at Summerslam, whilst there seems to be no end to his injury woes.
