Since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, Eden Hazard has been an instant hit for the Blues.

He had a wonderful debut season for Chelsea last season - scoring 13 goals and providing 25 assists in a total of 62 clashes.

For his previous club, Lille, he had registered 50 goals and 43 assists from 192 games.

The 22-year-old Belgian international has good record for his national team with five goals and six assists from 36 caps.

Under new Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho, Hazard has got a great platform to excel at the highest level for Chelsea.

On the other hand, Mario Gotze joined Bayern Munich as the club triggered his release clause of 37million euros, though former club Dortmund were not pleased with his decision.

Gotze, 21, has been tipped as the best German young talent and has played an important role in Dortmund’s success over the past few seasons.

Gotze scored 21 goals last term and made 14 assists from 44 games for Dortmund and Germany.

Gotze has scored a total of 31 goals for Dortmund in 116 games.

Gotze and Hazard both play as attacking midfielders. Both are fast and fantastic dribblers of the ball and possess a great passing range.

Pep Guardiola will be vital for Gotze’s future developments and Bayern Munich has lways been the best destination for German players.

Chelsea on the other hand would be the team to watch with many new players added.

Both are playing for great clubs, under great coaches, so it is difficult to choose between the duo and it’s hard to predict who is superior.
