Valencia winger Andres Guardado says he would love to see Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez make the move to Spain.
Valencia may need to secure the services of a new forward if Roberto Soldado makes the move to Tottenham, and Guardado says linking up with his fellow Mexican international would be a dream come true.
“He is a great finisher, a great striker, a goalscorer. Everyone knows him,” Guardado told reporters this week.
“It would be interesting if we could get him, regardless of the fact he is a teammate of mine with the Mexico side.
“He has proven his quality at Manchester United and it is something that he is there.”
The Manchester United striker has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer having found first time football hard to come by following the arrival of Robin van Persie.
Chicarito is unlikely to leave the Red Devils anytime soon however, especially if Wayne Rooney does leave before the close of the transfer window.
Another potential obstacle is Valencia's financial troubles, which mean they have to sell Soldado in the first place.
