5.) Robert Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski was on fire last season and his incredible form certainly merits a spot in this top five.

The Poland international became the first ever player to score four goals in a Champions League semi-final in April against Spanish giants Real Madrid.

He also set a new club record scoring streak after he netted in 12 consecutive league games, leaving him with a season total of 24 goals in the Bundesliga.

It has been reported that Lewandowski has agreed to join fellow German side Bayern Munich when his contract expires next summer and at the age of just 24 he will only keep getting better.
