Monaco's sporting director Vadim Vasilyev has revealed that the club have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United's out-of-favour winger Nani, reports the Daily Mail.
The winger has been linked with a move to Italy with Juventus and Roma the destinations.
Nani has refused to sign a new deal with Manchester United as his wage demands are said to be unrealistic.
With Wilfried Zaha impressing in pre-season it is believed David Moyes is keen to cash in on the player who only has a year remaining on his current deal.
Monaco's sporting director Vadim Vasilyev told French newspaper L'Equipe that they were offered the services of Nani.
He said: "He has been proposed to us.He is a very good player but there have been no talks so far.
"We have already changed our group quite a bit and we also want to offer opportunities to our young players. We still have time to make a few alterations before the end of the transfer window, if needed."
Nani's season was interrupted last season by injury and he failed to make any impact for the Red Devils.
David Moyes has not had the chance to look at the Portuguese international as he is just recovering from injury but is happy to part ways if his £13m valuation is met.
