PSV coach Philip Cocu has confirmed he is hoping to finalise the deal with Queens Park Rangers for South Korean midfielder, Park Ji-Sung.
Park has reportedly been told he can leave the club, after only signing for the Hoops 12 months ago.
The ex-Manchester United midfielder played 25 times for QPR, but now is being linked with a return to the club he left for Manchester United in 2005.
Park Ji-Sung played alongside Cocu at Philips Stadion and the Dutch clubs boss feels the 32-year-old's experience will help his team.
"Park is a player with a lot of experience after all those years at Manchester United," Algemeen Dagblad quoted Cocu as saying.
The PSV manager went on to disucss Park's previous experience at the club, which could help him settle back into life in the Netherlands.
"Added to that, he has already played here and knows the club.
"The guys who now play for us up front are very talented, but they can also gain from someone who has already played at the top level for a long time."
Park achieved great things in England at Old Trafford, winning a number of Premier League titles and the Champions League.
However disappointment at QPR, which included relegation, means he looks set to return to PSV in the near future.
