We take a look at some of the Premier League newcomers who are likely to make their mark in the top-flight.

Stevan Jovetic - Manchester City

The Montenegro striker has certainly got what it takes to prove himself in the Premier League. Jovetic who recently joined Manchester City, can be considered as one of the most promising players in the world. Jovetic who joined City from the Italian club Fiorentina has been an fundamental player for the Italian side for the past two seasons. Jovetic who is only 23 years old, has netted 40 goals for Fiorentina after joining the club from Partizan in 2008.

Ricky Van Wolfswinkel - Norwich City

Ricky Van Wolfswinkel is a name that not every football fan would recognise. After scoring 23 goals for Dutch side Utrech in 2010, Wolfswinkel was signed by Sporting CP in Portugal. Wolfswinkel managed 45 goals in 88 appearances for the club, which lead to the striker being linked with a move to England. After being rumoured with a move to both Arsenal and Manchester United, Wolfswinkel signed for Norwich City in March 2013, for a fee of €10M.

Wilfried Zaha - Manchester United

Although Wilfried Zaha is still only 20 years old, he can undoubtedly fight for a first team spot at Manchester United. Aged 20, Zaha has played over 140 games at a professional level. The winger was a vital part of the recently promoted Crystal Palace side, and helped the team secure a promotion to the English Premier League. Zaha who made his debut for the England national team in 2012, has put on some classy performances for Man Utd, during their pre-season tour.

Jesus Navas - Manchester City

After being Sevilla's main man since 2004, Jesus Navas signed for Premier League side Manchester City. Navas who is 27 years old, made almost 400 appearances for Sevilla, scoring 34 goals. The Spanish international will undoubtedly be a great asset to the city squad, with his electric pace and dribbling ability.

Wilfried Bony - Swansea City

Swansea have made a fantastic purchase by signing Wilfried Bony from Vitesse. The Ivorian striker scored 37 goals in 36 games overall last season. With a statistic like that, he has to be one of the signings of the season. Swansea fans will expect great things from Bony in the upcoming season, and hopefully for them they have a brand new Michu in their team.
