Heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has denied that he brawled with fighter Dereck Chisora last week at the Pacha nightclub in Ibiza.
According to the British media, the two heavyweights ‘had to be separated following a heated confrontation’ after the duo bumped into each other at the nightclub.
But the Ukrainian has rubbished the reports.
"I’m quite shocked by the recent British media stories about an alleged brawl between myself and Dereck Chisora.
"I am a professional prize fighter and let my fists do the talking only inside the ring."
Chisora, 29, was said to have offered a hand to the world champion before the pair exchanged words.
He told ATG Radio: "I saw Wladimar, we had a little conversation in a club, it wasn’t a great conversation.
"I shook his hand and then we swapped words, I told him 'I'm coming for you.'"
Both fighters were believed to be holidaying on the Spanish island.
The Londoner is known for having issues with his behaviour. The 29-year-old has had a history with the Klitschko family, spitting water in the face of Klistschko moments before his fight with brother Vitali in Munich last February.
Additionally, at the weigh-in before the fight, he slapped Vitali across the face.
At the news conference after the fight, Chisora instigated the brawl with David Haye that led to him having his license stripped off him.
