Cristiano Ronaldo has shown that his talent for kicking a football doesn't extend to throwing a baseball.
The Portuguese forward, who is currently in the US with Real Madrid, was the guest of honour at a recent Los Angeles Dodgers match against the New York Yankees.
Thanks to his superstar status, Ronaldo was given the honour of throwing the ceremonial first pitch.
It required Ronaldo to simply throw a baseball to the backstop but the task proved harder than it sounded for the 28-year-old.
The Ballon d'Or runner-up launched the ball well over the backstop as onlookers watched it sail in to the stands.
After everyone had a good laugh, a red-faced Ronaldo had a second attempt and made no mistake.
He then got the opportunity to show of his more refined skill of keepy-ups with a baseball.
The lesson here: don't quit your day job, Cristiano!
