The release of the NBA 2013/14 schedule has increased anticipation amongst many fans, who now can't wait for the new season to begin.
Miami Heat's defence of the crown will commence at home to the Chicago Bulls on October 29, whilst the Los Angeles Clippers and LA Lakers will also go head-to-head in a Californian derby on the same night.
Incidentally, the Bulls have not one, but two spells when they will have six consecutive away fixtures.
Last year's runners-up, the San Antonio Spurs, won't get a rematch with the Florida franchise until the middle of January.
Meanwhile, the Heat will take on the Lakers in one of five televised Christmas Day matches.
The Lakers, Heat and New York Knicks will all be nationally televised the most, with 25 games to be shown each.
The culmination of all 1,230 games will come next April, when teams will discover whether or not they've done enough in the regular season to make it into the play-offs.
