Two stunning overhead kicks - which is better?

Published Add your comment

An overhead kick is quite possibly the best kind of goal - and at the weekend two stunners found the net.

The first, from Japan, is a rocket into the top corner from seven yards. Scored by Yokohama star Marquinhos, it was every bit a piece of Brazilian magic.

The second, Morten Nordstrand of FC Nordsælland, was from slightly closer in but was still a superb hit.

But we at GMS want to enlist your help - we want you to decide which is better. If you prefer Marquinhos's effort against Sagan Tosu, then write Marquinhos in the comment box below.

But if you prefer Nordstrand's effort, then write Nordstrand below. Couldn't be simpler!

Marseille star Mathieu Valbuena almost made it into the vote, the France international hit a Ronaldinho-style bicycle kick from 18 yards against Guingamp but it forced an excellent save.

Never mind, watch the two clips and have your say below...

Marquinhos v Sagan Tosu...

Nordstrand v København (skip to 2:46)...
