Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido has declared that Geoffrey Kondogbia is not for sale despite continued interest from England.
Despite joining Sevilla only last summer, Kondogbia has captured the attention of scouts from across Europe with an impressive debut season for the Spanish club.
Clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United are all said to be interested in the 20-year-old, but he will not be available for less than his buy-out-clause which is 20million euros.
"He is off the market, whoever wants to sign him, will have to pay his buy-out-clause of 20million euros," Del Nido told a press conference.
The Frenchman has previously stated that he is happy to remain at Sevilla until after next year's World Cup.
Kondogbia is set to play his first senior international game for France on Wednesday when they take on Belgium, according to France national team coach Didier Deschamps.
After losing Alvaro Negredo, Jesus Navas and Gary Medel in the current transfer window, del Nido is keen on keeping the midfielder at the club, but will be forced to let him go if his buy-out-clause is met.
