Manchester United have today announced they have signed a three-year sponsorship deal with watchmaker Bulova to become the club's official timekeeper and global partner.

As the partner, Bulova branding will appear on the club's scoreboards at Old Trafford, will feature on the stadiums digital advertising boards and be seen on MUTV. 

Bulova's timepieces will also be on display around the Theatre of Dreams, including the player's dressing room, the training complex and in their offices in Manchester, London and Hong Kong.

The watchmaker will also produce co-branded timepieces utilising the Manchester United club crest.

Richard Arnold, the club's managing director, spoke of his delight following the announcement of the three-year deal.

"We are confident that the popularity, craftsmanship and accessibility of Bulova's products, combined with the club's ever-growing global fans bas will make this a successful partnership."

Set up in America in 1875, the company is a world leader in manufacturing timepieces and clocks. It invented the first clock radio in 1928 and the first to offer electric clocks in 1931.

President of the Bulova Corporation, Gregory Thumm said: "Innovation and thinking from the inside out, are the common traits of both Manchester United and Bulova corporation, where we continuously strive to be the best in our respective fields." 

Bulova have offices in New York, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, MExico, Switerland and the UK.
