Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are involved in a three way battle to sign PSV Eindhoven starlet Zakaria Bakkali, according to The Express.
Bakkali, who has become a sensation in Holland, became the youngest player to score a hat-trick in the Dutch League last week.
And now, it's been reported that City sent scouts to watch the 17-year-old.
The Belgian U21 star has attracted interest from all around Europe and Arsenal and Chelsea are also chasing his signature.
The youngster has only just broken into the first-team scene at PSV and the Dutch club will be desperate to keep their young talent.
And, with high interest from some of England's top clubs, it could become a nervy final two weeks of the transfer window for Eindhoven fans.
The starlet has been involved in the PSV setup since 2008 after he joined the club from Standard Liege and could now be heading to England.
