Juventus striker Carlos Tevez has revealed strong similarities between his former Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson and his new coach in Turin, Antonio Conte.
Tevez, who notoriously joined Manchester City from rivals Manchester United in 2009, won two Premier League titles and a Champions League under the guidance of Ferguson before sparking mayhem in Manchester when he joined the new billionaire club across the city.
The Argentine was part of a devastating attack at United, partnering Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo in a superb front three as they dominated English football.
Tevez, like he has at every club he has played for, produced great goals and performances for United and perhaps respected Ferguson more than any manager he featured under. He sees the same thorough attitude and dedication in Conte that Ferguson was famous for.
"Just like Sir Alex, he does not leave anything to chance and leaves no stone unturned," he told RAI Sports.
Tevez is used to playing for top clubs and seems to have joined a good Juventus team who want European success to further their reputation and build on domestic dominance in Serie A.
The Juventus striker believes Conte is the right man for the job.
"He is just like Ferguson because he is a winner," he concluded.
