Manchester United winger Nani is a target for Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain as the Portuguese international still waits to be offered a new deal.
United boss David Moyes had previously shown a desire to keep Nani at the club and offer him a new contract, however the winger is yet to receive a proposed deal. Nani's contract expires in June 2014.
Nani seems to be the favoured choice for coach Laurent Blanc as Di Maria does not possess a European Passport and will therefore have to replace one of PSG's many players from outside the EU.
These rumours have circulated just days after Nani proclaimed his desire to stay and fight for his place but it seems it's unlikely he will stay until his contract ends as this would drastically decrease his value.
"I hope to win the league again and for my personal wishes, I want to be at my best and score a lot of goals," said the United wideman when discussing his future.
Nani has scored 40 goals in 216 appearances and to many, is always seen to be playing in the shadow of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Perhaps a new start for the United number 17 would be a blessing and there are not many clubs currently as appealing as PSG.
