Arsenal seemed unstoppable as they beat Fulham 3-1 at a drenched Craven Cottage, playing some great football.

Just 14 minutes into the game and Giroud managed to get the goal which saw the north London club go ahead. This goal meant that Giroud has scored three goals in three games this season adding to his terrific form in pre season, where he scored eight goals.

Four minutes from the break and Arsenal struck again, a save made by David Stockdale at the near post fell to Lukas Podolski who capitalised on the chance to get Arsenal 2-0 in the clear.

The second-half didn't look too good either for Fulham. The 68th minute saw Santi Cazorla lay the ball off neatly for Podolski who stepped into the box before striking the ball into the bottom corner.

With 17 minutes to go until the full time whistle Fulham managed to get a goal back when Berbatov's shot was saved by Szczesny who could only put the ball into the path of substitute Darren Bent who tapped the ball into the empty net.

MOTM: Aaron Ramsey - the Welshman managed to put in a fantastic performance showing quality and sheer class with every pass.

Arsenal now look to have put last weekend's defeat to Aston Villa behind them after a good victory in mid-week and a fine win against London rivals this afternoon.

Things are certainly looking up for the north London outfit.
