Aaron Ramsey scored twice as Arsenal eased into the Champions League group stage for the 16th consecutive win with a 2-0 second leg victory at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Welshman found the net either side of half time to secure a 5-0 aggregate win for Arsene Wenger's side. The Gunners boss selected a full strength team for the visit of the Turkish giants despite the first leg advantage and his charges never really looked in trouble from the first minute.
Ramsey opened the scoring in the 25th minute after fine work from Lukas Podolski. The German international slipped a pass through to Theo Walcott who diverted the ball into the path of Ramsey - and the midfielder swept home into an unguarded net from eight yards.
Fenerbahce hit the post through Emmanuel Emenike before Walcott struck the woodwork himself from a sweetly hit free kick. And with 15 minutes left the in-form Ramsey put the icing on the cake, volleying a Kieran Gibbs cross home to double Arsenal's lead.
The only negative for Wenger was the injury suffered to Podolski - the Arsenal boss claimed he faces up to three weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring pull.
