Nani linked with Juventus switch

Italian giants Juventus are lining a move up for Manchester United winger Nani, according to the Daily Express.

With the player's days at Old Trafford seemingly numbered, it appears Juventus have joined long-time admirers Monaco and are willing to offer an escape route to the Portuguese winger who has had a very stop-start United career.

Although he has showed glimpses of his ability to the Old Trafford faithful, it is consistency that Nani has struggled with during his time in Manchester.

New Red Devils manager David Moyes doesn't seem a fan of the flamboyant midfielder, who has yet to feature in any of United's games this season.

Moyes' team selections so far suggest that he much prefers natural winger Antonio Valencia to Nani as well as the hard-working Danny Welbeck who has shone under the ex-Everton boss so far.

And with Shinji Kagawa, Ashley Young and new signing Wilfried Zaha all featuring more than the Portugal international so far this season, an escape route of a reported £11 million to Juventus could be just what all parties need.
