Manchester United are preparing to make another offer for Cesc Fabregas - during the January transfer window, according to the Sun.
The Red Devils had two bids for Fabregas - the second being in excess of £30 million - turned down earlier in the summer transfer window, before the Barcelona man confirmed his desire to stay put at the Camp Nou.
However according to the Sun that has not deterred Manchester United, who will go back in for the former Arsenal midfielder in January if it becomes clear he is not getting the game-time he desires.
Fabregas has struggled to fully establish himself in Barcelona's starting line-up, something Manchester United feel may prompt him to seek a move if the 2013/14 campaign follows a similar path.
In the meantime Manchester United have their sights firmly set on Marouane Fellaini, and remain hopeful of sealing a £20 million deal before the close of the transfer window on Monday.
They could also land Leighton Baines from the Toffees following reports that the full-back had asked his club to allow him to move - something the Merseyside club promptly denied.
