Arsenal have been drawn a very difficult draw in the Champions League group stages. The Gunners will face Borussia Dortmund, Marseille and Napoli in group F.
Arsene Wenger's side have been criticised for their lack of spending, and will look to silence the critics by progressing through the group stage.
However, it won't be as easy as they hoped. Last year's finalist Borussia Dortmund will be a very tough match for the north London outfit, and they will be hoping to avoid defeat.
Arsenal qualified for the Champions League with a 5-0 aggregate win over Turkish side Fenerbahce, who were later disqualified from any European competitions, due to match fixing.
Despite this win, Wenger has been under pressure due to the fact that he hasn't spent any money over the transfer window, adding only Mathieu Flamini and Yaya Sanogo (both free transfers), despite letting go of upwards of 15 players.
Arsenal faced Napoli in the pre-season competition, the Emirates Cup. They came back from 2-0 down to draw with the Italians.
Napoli will have clinical striker Gonzalo Higuain in their ranks, who was very close to signing for Arsenal.
