7. Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool)

The Brazilian had a hard time during his stay at Inter Milan after moving from Vasco de Gama, but his transfer to Liverpool in January 2013 brought him into the limelight with Brendan Rodgers offering him a key role in his side.

He definitely exceeded expectations in his first year at the Merseyside club, scoring three goals and assisting seven in just 13 appearances. If he can continue the form he showing at the moment, he could quite possibly make the Brazil squad for the World Cup next year in his homeland.
