Crystal Palace look set to complete a deal for Huddersfield's Jack Hunt, according to BBC Sport.
The Eagles are also reportedly close to signing Reading winger Jimmy Kebe, with the Premier League outfit having agreed fees with the respective Championship clubs.
Crystal Palace have endured a tough start to life in the Premier League, losing to Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City respectively.
Eagles manager Ian Holloway has repeatedly stated his desire to add to the club's attacking options before the deadline and Reading manager Nigel Adkins was reportedly furious with former Mali international Kebe after he ruled himself out of the Royals' Capital One Cup clash at Peterborough on Tuesday night.
Hunt, meanwhile, looks set to make the step-up after catching the eye whilst representing Huddersfield Town in both League One and the Championship during the past three years.
With fees reportedly agreed with both Reading and Huddersfield, Crystal Palace will be hoping to complete the deals and further strengthen their squad before the transfer window closes on September 2.
These arrivals would see the total number of signings at Selhurst Park this summer rise to twelve, following on from the arrival of Southampton winger Jason Puncheon on season-long loan last week.
