Manchester United and Arsenal have been dealt a blow in their chase for Real Madrid ace Kaka, as the Brazilian has made it clear he wants to join AC Milan, according to The Daily Star.
Kaka is ready to leave Real Madrid after struggling to cement a place in the first-team in recent seasons, however it now looks likely he will make a return to his former club.
Despite the player wanting to leave for the Italian giants and Madrid keen to sell, there are still obstacles in the way of the proposed move.
The playmaker currently has a wage of €10m per-year after tax, therefore will have to take a pay-cut if he is to get his wish and join the Milan outfit.
Kaka has reportedly stated: "I want to go. Ancelotti knows it. Florentino knows it. The whole club knows."
Premier League clubs Manchester United and Arsenal will continue to monitor the situation, but it now looks unlikely that the Brazilian will move to England.
Both United and Arsenal are currently preparing for crunch clashes tomorrow as the Red Devils travel to fierce rivals Liverpool and the Gunners host north London neighbours Tottenham.
