With the start of the 2013/2014 season underway we explore the Premier League's top five wonderkids at the age of 20 or under.
5. Romelu Lukaku
After a sensational season loan at West Brom last term, the 20 year old will be hoping to build on his experience and become a Chelsea regular this time around.
Since debuting at Anderlecht at the age of 16 his reputation has grown massively striking comparisons to Didier Drogba along the way.
4. Nathan Redmond
Having made a name for himself at Birmingham City, Redmond impressed hugely earning a call up to the England under 21s and a reputation for being a tricky winger with great pace and quick feet.
Linked with a move to the big clubs he recently signed for Norwich City and could be a real player to watch this campaign.
3. Wilfried Zaha
With a massively impressive season at Crystal Palace having carried them into the Premier League, Zaha was linked with moves to Arsenal before signing for Manchester United where pre-season matches have highlighted his talents as a strong and quick winger leading to comparisons with United favourite Cristiano Ronaldo.
If he can carry on his form from Palace and pre-season he may well follow in Ronaldo's footsteps.
2. Ross Barkley
The 19 year old has started brilliantly for Everton this season who looks to be the complete midfielder and for someone so young has a level of maturity about his performances.
He could well light up the Premier League as well as potentially the England squad having earned his first call up.
1. Luke Shaw
At just the age of 18, Luke Shaw looks to be one of the best prospects in the world right now. The speedy and determined left back is a Southampton regular and already one of their best performers.
It looks as though he's set for a big move to one of the big clubs but wherever he ends up he'll be a fantastic talent.
