Arsenal fans have felt as if they have been hard done by again with the recent Champions League group stage draw, after being paired with Marseille, Napoli and Borussia Dortmund in Group F.
The Gunners have been hit with wave after wave of bad luck this season already, with Lukas Podolski, Thomas Vermaelen, Mikel Arteta, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain out injured.
And, having qualified for the Champions League 17 years in a row, they've made it past the group stages for the last 13 years. But, with the recent squad and the apparent bad luck of the draw, people believe that their run is coming to an end.
Their are four teams in each group and the top two teams qualify for the knockout stages. Arsenal will play six games in total, a home and away game against each of the teams in their group.
Arsenal have come the closest to winning the Champions League in the last ten years than all of their Group F opponents, except for Dortmund.
Arsene Wenger will be hoping he can get some signings in and remain free of any more injuries. With players such as Aaron Ramsey, Olivier Giroud, and Jack Wilshere performing very well in recent games, it still remains to be seen if Arsenal can mount a Premier League title and Champions League challenge.
Arsenal drew with Napoli in the Emirates Cup recently which shows they are quite evenly matched sides. It could be very close between the two sides come the group stages.
