Victor Moses - Chelsea to Liverpool (loan)

Football News
24/7

Liverpool were certainly active on transfer day, conducting their business early with three signings that were completed long before the final seconds ticked away. One such signing was that of Victor Moses, who joined on loan from Premier League rivals Chelsea until the end of the season.

The Nigerian international, who plays primarily as a striker but is equally adept at roaming the flanks, impressed Jose Mourinho during pre-season but hadn't featured at all for Chelsea this season.

His arrival on Merseyside provides a timely boost to Liverpool's increasingly impressive attacking options as they seek to mount a serious and sustained challenge for Champions League qualification.
