World record £86m man Gareth Bale will today give his first full interview since signing for Real Madrid, as the BT Sport ambassador speaks to Jake Humphrey and Steve McManaman.

Bale, who is currently on international duty with Wales, will speak openly about his thoughts on life at Real Madrid and his record-breaking transfer deal in a short interview this evening, Wednesday 4 September, at 6.30pm on BT Sport Live, BT Sport 1, and online at btsport.com.

This will then be followed up by an extended version of the interview at 10pm on Friday September 6, as the 24-year-old prepares for the pressures of being the world's most expensive player brings.

The Welshman was at the centre of the summer's biggest transfer saga as the Spanish giants publicly courted the player for several months after Bale's blistering season for Tottenham culminated in him winning double PFA Player of the Year awards as well as a Football Writers' Player of the Year.

Bale has previously spoken of his delight at signing for 'dream club' Real Madrid and his signing arguably gives the Spaniards the most potent attack in world football, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

He will follows up what has been a whirlwind few days by speaking exclusively to BT Sport in the first full-length interview since his big money move.
