Alexander Buttner's agent has slammed Manchester United's failure to sign Fabio Coentrao - with the left back's move from United to Besiktas still on.
According to talkSPORT, the 24-year-old's agent Alexander Bursac has criticised United's transfer conduct as well as Moyes.
Bursac told Voetbal International: "It's unbelievable that Coentrao was not signed on time. Whether that is an error on the part of Real or United doesn't matter.
"We have received assurances of a loan. Alex is not necessarily looking for a guarantee of playing time but he does not want to spend the entire season on the bench".
The left back's agent then went on to say: "He started playing in more games and was trusted in training. That sense of trust is not there now."
Under Sir Alex Ferguson, Buttner was the up and coming man however the Dutch defender has struggled to feature regularly for the senior side since moving last summer.
As well as being linked to Turkish side Besiktas, Sunderland and Celtic both enquired about signing Buttner, but with United failing to bring in a replacement for the defender the Dutchman will currently remain in Manchester.
David Moyes has come in for a lot of criticism following a bungled transfer deadline day humiliation that left the Old Trafford club looking indecisive and ill-informed.
Moyes is now in the firing line after a summer of missed opportunities that culminated in 24 hours of transfer deadline-day madness.
