Crystal Palace midfielder Owen Garvan this week took to Twitter to announce his frustration at being left out of the Premier League new-boys' 25-man squad.
Garvan announced his disgust at Premier League manager Ian Holloway by tweeting: "I'll be here longer then he will...trust me."
The indirect statement was clearly a dig at Holloway as he tweeted straight after Crystal Palace revealed who had made the cut for their registered squad.
In the aftermath of Garvan's tweet, GMS decided to take a look at previous occasion when a footballers has taken to Twitter to publicly vent their frustrations.
