Everton fans have responded in their thousands to the opportunity to give their views on the new design for the club's 2014/15 crest.
Toffee's fans were outraged earlier this year after the club decided to change the Everton crest design. The Merseyside club were riddled with complaints in June when the new badge was revealed.
Since then, the club's communications department have created a questionnaire in order for the fans to offer their opinions and recommendations on another new design to replace the current crest.
Fans responded in their thousands by filling the document out on the club website and according to myevertonnews.com, the Everton director of communications, Alan Myers, has said the fans ideas will be used to create a range of potential designs for next season's badge.
"I would urge any fan who has not been involved yet to do so. It only takes a few minutes and hopefully together we can produce something we can be proud of for many years to come," he said.
Fans have until September 15 to fill-out the questionnaire, after which a range of designs will be collaborated and voted for by the fans to decide which one will be the new crest. Over 15,000 fans have already given their response.
"The number of Evertonians getting involved has been hugely encouraging, all wanting to positively get involved in the design of our new crest," he added.
Everton fans may feel disheartened after a summer of high-profile exits but it is good to know that the community club is still in-touch with its supporters ideals.
