At the transfer deadline day, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger obliterated the club's record with £42 million to sign the world-class German playmaker, Mesut Özil from Real Madrid.
Can he continue his world-class player signings? What are his options for the January transfer window?
5. Micah Richards, DEFENDER, Manchester City
With the Frenchman Bacary Sagna having yet to put pen to paper on an extension of his Emirates contract, Wenger seems to already have found a replacement... The 26-year-old right-back from Man City.
Richards can be an asset to Arsenal's defence, with his strong play and defensive leadership skills.
4. Ashley Williams, DEFENDER, Swansea City
Arsenal have had negotiations with the Wales captain during the summer, but they didn't seem to complete a deal.
Ashley Williams admitted though that he does aspire to play for a side which participates in the Champions League.
A versatile and consisent defender that could help the Gunners both for the centre-back and the right-back position.
3. Michu, FORWARD, Swansea City
Another player from the Welsh club, who has also had negotiations with the North London team.
A footballer who did great in the previous season, having scored 22 goals in 43 appearances, is worth around £25 million according to his club.
Arsene Wenger thinks of the Spaniard as a solution to the Gunners' attacking difficulties.
2. Edwin Dzeko, FORWARD, Manchester City
The Bosnia-born striker was a Plan... D, for the Gunners this summer.
Man City boss Manuel Pellegrini had no intention parting with Dzeko though - and provided Arsene Wenger with yet another transfer headache.
Maybe the combination of Negredo's scoring appereances, Jovetic's arrival on the Etihad Stadium, a failed bigger-name transfer attempt for Arsene Wenger and a generous fee for the Bosnian striker, might bring him to the Emirates Stadium.
1. Luis Suarez, FORWARD, Liverpool
Arsene Wenger's number 1 target, undoubtedly.
The 26-year-old Uruguayan truly seems the perfect match for Arsenal's attack. His partnership with Özil could be sensational.
But what can the Gunners' boss do, to bring that extremely talented forward with the controversial attitude to North London?
