Manager - Brendan Rodgers

Roy Hodgson will have well and truly hung up his tracksuit by the time England get to Qatar so England will need a new manager. Step forward Brendan Rodgers, the Liverpool manager has done a great job at Anfield under immense pressure. The Northern Irishman is an ambitious character who isn't one to back away from a challenge and they don't come any bigger than the toughest job in football.
