The crowds at Chelsea chant "Super, Super Frank..." but Lampard has never enjoyed such admiration in an England shirt. Yet at 29 goals in 99 appearances his record speaks for itself.

Tonight, Lampard should make his 100th England appearance, placing him in an elite group of players; only Ashley Cole and Steven Gerrard in the current squad surpass his tally. Tonight could be extra special for the Chelsea team-mates if Cole scored his first goal for England.

Lampard is the only midfielder to have scored over 150 Premier League goals, he’s won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Premier League, FA Cup, Football League Cup and the FA Community Shield. On top of that trophy list he has won countless accolades as an individual player including ’silver’ Ballon d’Or and ‘silver’ FIFA World Player of the Year.

With credentials like these it's amazing to think that only four months ago Chelsea were contemplating not extending the midfielder's contract in to the current season. Jose Mourinho though is well aware of Lampard's commitment and experience, and it's believed he pushed hard to keep the Englishman.

To celebrate Frank Lampard's 100th England cap we felt it fitting to honour the event with a quick quiz dedicated to the Chelsea & England legend.
