Published Add your comment

Arsenal fans endured a frustrating transfer window with Arsene Wenger leaving it late to open the chequebook.

Their last minute addition of Mesut Ozil made up for months of inactivity but the German star wasn't the only player to join the club this summer.

The Arsenal squad endured a monumental reshuffle with close to 30 players leaving north London either permanently or on loan.

A total of four players came in with French duo Mathieu Flamini and Yayo Sanogo joining on free transfers permanently. Emiliano Viviano also signed on a season long loan from Italian club Fiorentina.
