Arsenal new boy Mesut Ozil believes the Premier League is the strongest division in the world.

The former Real Madrid star, speaking alongside Arsene Wenger at his first press conference for his new side, said on his move to England: "I'm in the strongest league in the world and I have to prove myself here to continue developing. This is why I am at the right club."

Gareth Bale has revealed he does not know if he will be chosen for Real Madrid's match against Villarreal.

Bale has been struggling for fitness of late but played 31 minutes for Wales in midweek.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has hailed Jose Mourinho as the best manager in the world.
