Chelsea predicted line-up v Everton

Published 1 Comments

Chelsea travel to Everton knowing that a win will keep up the pressure on Liverpool and take them top of the Premier League until at least Monday, when the Anfield side travel to Swansea.

Chelsea will also know that the Toffees will provide a stern test for Jose Mourinho's side and boss Roberto Martinez will have a plan in place to undo the man he described as one of the best manager in the world.

However, his plan will have to go ahead without deadline day signing Romelu Lukaku, as the Blues striker is ineligible to play against his parent club after embarking on a season-long laon at Goodison Park.

Meanwhile, Mourinho has the luxury of having his full first team squad fit to take to Merseyside and so this should give spectators a good idea as to what he believes is his best team.

Mourinho did confirm that he expects new signing Samuel Eto'o to make his Chelsea debut at some point in the game, which is the 17:30 evening kick-off in the Premier League, though did

So, here is GMS's predicted Chelsea starting XI for the clash with Everton:

Cech, Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Cole, Ramires, Oscar, Mata, De Bruyne, Schürrle, Torres.
