Deadline day is always an exciting day on the football calendar and today we take a look at the signings to watch this weekend.

Mesut Ozil. Real Madrid to Arsenal.

Özil is acclaimed for his finesse and improvisation as an attacking midfielder. His style and knack for providing assists for his team-mates has been compared by former manager José Mourinho to that of Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane.

Arsenal signed the German international on deadline day for a fee in the region of £42m and Gunners fans will be looking forward to what he can do against Sunderland this weekend.

Marouane Fellaini. Everton to Manchester United.

Fellaini has been a stand-out figure in midfield for Everton since signing from Standard Liège; his vision, tackles and eye for goal have helped Everton in recent years but on deadline day the Belgium international signed for Manchester United.

Fellaini has recently said that he wants to be the new Roy Keane at Old Trafford and with big boots to fill he's likely to start of against Crystal Palace this Saturday.

Samuel Eto'o. Anzhi Makhachkala to Chelsea

Eto'o is a man who needs no introduction: he's played for a number of Europe's elite clubs including Barcelona and Inter Milan.

Eto'o has signed a one-year deal with Chelsea, having moved from Russian Premier League team Anzhi Makhachkala on a free transfer. Chelsea fans will be hopeing he can notch a goal or two against Everton this Saturday.

Victor Moses. Chelsea to Liverpool (loan)

Moses, a product of the Crystal Palace youth academy, joined Chelsea back in 2012 but has struggled to fit into the Blues' set up.

Moses possesses lightning pace and great vision from the wing has joined Liverpool on loan and will hope to go straight into the Liverpool team to play Swansea on Monday.
