Gareth Bale- the player that has become a 'Galactico' to win the La Decima.
Time will tell if he and his team-mates will manage to win the Champions League for the 10th time, but it will be up to Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo to lead Real Madrid to success.
Yet it is another question if they can play together and we will have to wait and see on their progress as team-mates.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale are two very similar players. They posses blistering speed, deadly shots and incredible free-kicks.
Bale became a world-beater last season thanks to Andre-Villas Boas. The Portuguese gave the Welshman a free role in attack, which turned Bale into a goal-scoring machine.
Now Gareth likes to play as an attacking midfielder, but he will probably not be given that position at Real, because of Isco, who has been Madrid's in-form player so far this campaign.
The young Spaniard started the season with 3 goals and an assist in his favorite position behind the striker, and he is expected to keep that berth as he is said to be highly thought of by manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Most likely the trio behind Karim Benzema will be Ronaldo, Isco and Bale with all of them swapping positions throughout games.
Bale should start as a right-wing and from there he would be able to cut inside and use his deadly left foot, like he did a few times last season, while Ronaldo will play on his favourite left-wing and Isco will have to feed the wingers, which can hardly be contained in 1 on 1 situations.
Yet both Bale and Ronaldo like to have the free role in attack, but this will be given to one of them and this will most probably be Ronaldo.
It will be quite a hit on Ronaldo's ego if he doesn't get what he wants, but this won't be the end of the world for Bale.
Bale doesn't have such an ego- he is quite more quiet and down to earth- the opposite of Ronaldo.
It will take time for both of them to pull together, but when that happens they will be deadly.
Together Bale and Ronaldo will probably score around 60-70 goals per season.
After 3-4 months it won't be a surprise if Ronaldo starts to give Bale to take some free-kicks.
For now it's all about Cristiano at the Bernabeu and it will be for a few more years and everyone knows that, including Gareth Bale.
Yet the two most expensive players in the world should have no problem playing together, which will be bad news for their opponents.
