Here is a look at four strikers who I feel will have very interesting seasons and will be great to watch during their debut seasons in English football..

Ricky Van Wolfswinkel - Norwich City

Having destroyed centre-backs all over the Netherlands, Wolfswinkel is definitely one to keep your eye on over the course of the season. He posses a wide range of skills which could make a massive impact on Norwich's attacking front. A tall figure standing at 6ft 1in, Wolfswinkel is an aerial threat but can also finish with class.

He hasn't enjoyed the greatest of starts to the season at Carrow Road, however he managed to score the equaliser in Norwich's first game of the season in a 2-2 draw with Everton. A great signing by the Canaries, the Dutch striker is certainly going to light up the Premier League as he continues to settle in.

Roberto Soldado - Tottenham Hotspur

With two goals in his first two Premier League games, Soldado is surely a promising signing to spearhead the Tottenham attack. Spurs smashed their transfer record to sign Soldado and in time surely he will prove he was worth it. The Spanish forward is brilliant at one-on-ones and managed to hit double figures for five seasons in a row in La Liga.

Alvaro Negredo - Manchester City

The striker on form, Negredo netted two goals in two games coming off the bench for his new club earlier this season. City spent big to sign Negredo and it seems likely that he was worth it. Scoring 102 goals in 184 La Liga starts before making the move to the Etihad Stadium, Negredo is athletic and has a great eye for goal.

Deadly when given the opportunity, Negredo will surely be a fantastic signing. As part of a lethal attacking force of four world-class strikers, Negredo can only continue to grow and improve and will be a fantastic player to watch in the Premier League.

Gary Hooper - Norwich City

Hooper hasn't yet managed a start in the Premier League as he has been hit with injury recently. However, as a part of Chris Hughton's revamped strike force, Hooper will surely be a threat to all Premier League teams.

Hooper is a fantastic addition to the team in green and yellow and is surely one to keep watching. The former Celtic man has plenty of experience on the big stage of European football and will be a fantastic top-flight striker.
