Arsene Wenger’s men have bounced back in emphatic fashion from their early season shock loss to Aston Villa, going on to win five games on the trot, including a 5-0 aggregate win over Fenerbahce to secure Champions League football.

The Gunners’ position on this list is only set to rise, following their £42.5 million capture of 24-year-old Germany international, Mesut Ozil.

Arsenal’s 1-0 victory in the north London derby remains an early season apex, as the Ozil-less Gunners defeated a side that had spent every penny of Gareth Bale’s transfer fee on reinforcements.

The north London side currently reside at pole position in the Barclays Premier League and will indubitably look to end a silverware drought lasting in excess of eight arduous years.
