French footballing icon Zinedine Zidane was renowned for his deft touches and sumptuous tricks and flicks. Perhaps his most famous move, which was also a particular favourite of Argentinian legend Diego Maradona, was dubbed 'The Marseille Turn' or, if you prefer, 'The Roulette'.
Such a move, which essentially consists of spinning on the ball and gliding past your inevitably embarrassed and disgruntled opponent, involves an incredibly high degree of skill and should surely only be attempted by professional players who possess the desired quality.
That aforementioned quality was in full view in a recent match involving Premier League outfit West Brom's Under-11s team. During the encounter, one of the Baggies contingent stunned onlookers by perfectly executing the turn to ease past a defender before unleashing a wonderful curled effort that looped up and beyond the helpless goalkeeper and into the top right-hand corner.
