Chelsea's summer transfer dealings were a success in the eyes of most.
The arrival of Jose Mourinho was always going to be the precursor to change at Stamford Bridge, but aside from the import of the ageing Samuel Eto'o, Chelsea remain left with a problem up front.
They were largely foiled in their quest to convince Wayne Rooney to turn Judas over the summer, and with Lukaku looking like it might take a couple of years to fully realise his potential, Torres still lacking his previous ability and Demba Ba seemingly unable to cut it at the highest level, Mourinho still needs a natural born goalscorer.
It may be that by the time January roles around Eto'o has proved he is still capable of providing 20 plus goals in a season, or that the likes of Eden Hazard, Oscar, Juan Mata and Lampard have rendered the need to buy a striker unnecessary.
Until then though we can only assume that Mourinho may just pick up where he left off in the summer and attempt to bring a world-class striker to Stamford Bridge.
We take a look at five forwards who could just be on his radar.
