South African side, AmaZulu looked set to go top of the South African Premier League last night, until goalkeeper, Tapuwa Kapini's, blunder cost them the victory against Bidvest Witts.

Defending a slender 1-0 lead late on in the match the AmaZulu captain decided to try and run down the clock.

However, his attempts of time-wasting left him red-faced, with one of the worst goalkeeping blunders in recent times.

Kapini collected the ball outside of his area, dribbled back into the box before pouncing on the ball. Inexplicably, the Zimbabwean keeper missed the ball, presenting it straight at the feet of the astonished Bidvest striker.

Watch the video above and see for yourself.

We're guessing that Kapini won't be the most popular of figures today, with his own team-mates at least.

Bidvest Wits striker Getaneh Kebede is likely to be counting his blessings, after scoring what will probably be the easiest goal of his career.

How does this rate in the all time goalkeeper blunders? Have your say below...
