4. Kyle Naughton
A lot was expected of Naughton when he arrived at White Hart Lane in July 2009 alongside Sheffield United teammate Kyle Walker.
Naughton, the elder of the two, was expected to push for a place in the team immediately, while Walker was sent back to Bramall Lane to continue his development. However, since the duo made the move down South, Naughton has been overshadowed by the other Kyle.
A loan spell at Norwich in 2011/2012 proved he has potential to be a regular starter in the Premier League, but until he's given regular games again, potential is all it will be.
With Danny Rose having moved ahead of him in the pecking order, Naughton could well benefit from spending the second half of the season elsewhere, and there's no doubt plenty of Premier League clubs would be keen to take him.
