Tottenham are monitoring Fernando Llorente's situation at Juventus ahead of a potential transfer swoop.

The Spaniard only completed his move to Turin this summer after running down his contract with Athletic Bilbao, has only played two minutes so far and rumours have already begun that he could be on his way out.

Spurs were linked with a move for the forward last year before he agreed to join Juventus.

Now according to talkSPORT, Tottenham are looking to reignite their interest in Llorente, who has fallen down the pecking order following the arrival of Carlos Tevez.

Spurs, who look a little short in the attacking department especially with Emmanuel Adebayor currently out of the picture, could make a move for the striker during the January transfer window.

TalkSPORT report Llorente is considering his options and wants regular first-team action ahead of the World Cup in Brazil next summer. Juventus are said to be keeping their options open and are not adverse to selling up.
