Mario Ballotelli missed the first penalty of his career in a 2-1 home defeat against Napoli.
'Super Mario' who has converted all 21 of his previous penalties in official matches saw his penalty run ended as Pepe Reina dived low to his right to keep out his effort.
The 23 year old striker gave Milan a last bit of hope at the end of the game when he curled the ball in from the edge of the area in the 91st minute.
Unfortunately it was too little too late for the Serie A giants as they slumped to a home defeat.
Ballotelli ended the evening by getting into an angry exchange with Napoli's Valon Behrami and the referee. The official lost his patience and showed the Italian international his second yellow card of the evening.
