Luis Suarez quiz

Luis Suarez first hit the headlines in England back in 2011, when he scored the winning goal on his début against Stoke. He's rarely been out of the headlines since.

This weekend he's eligible to start his 2013/14 Premier League campaign after serving a 10-match ban for biting the arm of Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanović. Liverpool manager Brendan Rogers has spoken of his delight at having the player available again.

Liverpool are away to Sunderland this weekend, and this could be the perfect game for Suarez's return as the Black Cats could still be regrouping from the departure of Paolo Di Canio.

Suarez currently boasts a goal-ratio of one in two for Liverpool in all competitions, and the Reds' faithful will be hoping their idol will continue to score at such a rate, living up to the hype of previous Anfield No. 7s.

Amazingly, whilst at Ajax, Suarez would on average score 1.4 goals a game. It's easy to see why Liverpool paid (at the time) a club record £22.8m for him.

We've created a quick-fire quiz on Luiz Suarez to test your knowledge of the Uruguayan forward. See how you score and your score to the comments to pit your wits against others.
