Arsenal travel to south Wales this afternoon knowing a win against Swansea will likely see them stay at the top of the Premier League.
Since losing their opening game of the season to Aston Villa, Arsenal have won four straight games to see them ascend to the top of the table.
They have also experienced early success in other competitions after winning their opening Champions League game against Marseille their League Cup tie against West Brom on Wednesday.
However, the latter took 120 minutes and penalties to see Arsenal qualify, and that game is likely to take its toll on the Arsenal team.
Luckily, Arsene Wenger played a number of youth players that night, but there will be some players in the team tomorrow still carrying tired legs.
The ever-present Per Mertesacker has played every minute of every game so far for Arsenal and will keep his place at the back with Laurent Koscielny coming in for Thomas Vermaelen.
Serge Gnabry is the only other starter at West Brom likely to keep his place as Wenger struggles to cope with a succession of injuries to his wingers.
Arsenal will welcome back star midfielders Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey, who doesn't seem to be able to stop scoring having converted seven in eight games so far this season.
Mathieu Flamini will deputise ahead of Mikel Arteta as the Spaniard continues to look for full fitness following a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Also expect to see Jack Wilshere continue to play in the advanced wide left position.
Predicted Arsenal starting XI:
Szczesny; Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs; Flamini, Ramsey, Ozil; Gnabry, Wilshere, Giroud
Score prediction: Swansea 2-2 Arsenal
The Swans will be reeling following their shock exit in the third round of the Capital One Cup to Birmingham. They'll come out against a fragile Gunners defence and take full advantage. But Arsenal's resolve, coupled with Giroud's deadly finishing, will see them leave Wales with a well earned point.
