Jose Mourinho will bring stability to Chelsea

Over the years Jose Mourinho has proved that he's got the experience and tactical nous when delivering success.

Most Chelsea fans will agree with this.

Having spent three successful years with the club, which saw the Blues lift two consecutive Premier League titles, it was a no-brainer in bringing the 'Special One' back to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea, who are renowned for somewhat of a manager carousel over the years, needed stability for the long-term and it was for this reason that Mourinho, who shared the same opinion on the matter, was chosen.

It is fact that Chelsea haven't had the best of starts to the season under the re-appointed Mourinho, whose decisions have been criticised and brought into question, most notably for exiling some of the clubs key perfomers, such as Juan Mata who was the Blues' best player last season.

Furthermore, it is clear that he is still experimenting and searching for his best XI.

Despite this, it is evident that he has made up his mind on the playmaker role and has incessantly reiterated that Oscar is his preferred no.10 and that Mata will have to adapt to a new role or dislodge the former from that position if he wants a future at the West London outfit.

Ultimately, no matter how impotant a player is, the club will always be priority and if Mata cannot come to terms with that, it is time for him to seek a new club.

It is fair to say that Mourinho's decisions are purely based for the benefit of the team and hence he is prepared to make ultimate sacrifices.

And for this reason it would be premature to speculate about his future, especially since he is the right man to bring a much needed stability to a club like Chelsea.
